The entire transaction was simply one of the best retail experiences we have ever had regarding our recent purchase and delivery of a sectional sofa and an arm chair from A Royal Suite.
Our salesman was Randy Purpura. Randy was friendly and professional, and was so knowledgeable. And, most importantly, he actually listened to us when we explained what we wanted. He guided us through the process of finding exactly what we wanted, and only told us another choice of a detail would be better when he knew our choice would not make us happy in the end. Randy explained everything we needed to know about the furniture and the delivery process.
The furniture was delivered when promised and the delivery men were very capable and nice.
We love our new sofa and chair, and they came out exactly how we wanted.
